Here’s the trailer for the newest Pirates of the Caribbean (4th) release – On stranger tides, in theatres in May 2011.
Johnny Depp returns to his iconic role of Captain Jack Sparrow in an action-packed tale of truth, betrayal, youth and demise. When Jack crosses paths with a woman from his past (Penelope Cruz), he’s not sure if it’s love—or if she’s a ruthless con artist who’s using him to find the fabled Fountain of Youth. When she forces him aboard the Queen Anne’s Revenge, the ship of the formidable pirate Blackbeard (Ian McShane), Jack finds himself on an unexpected adventure in which he doesn’t know who to fear more: Blackbeard or the woman from his past.
Whether it is or isn’t man’s best friend, the dog is certainly among the best and most faithful animals there are (competing with horses and dolphins 😉 ). Don’t know about you, but I’ve always preferred them to cats!
Below is a cute video showing a soldier returning from Afghanistan and the reaction of his canine friend. It’s almost as if the dog was crying of happiness, she almost went crazy! You’d probably never see a cat do something like that. 😉
Here’s a great video that shows how a drop of water actually behaves, shot at 2000 frames per second and displayed 67 times slower. When the drop hits the water surface, it’s not completely connected to it, because there is a thin layer of air between the two bodies of water, but as the air is pushed aside, an important part of the drop merges with the water surface, and the rest bounces. And this happens all the time until the drop is completely dissolved! Isn’t it amazing?

Are you ready for it?” you can find a bit more info and an hour and a half long video about this new internet revolution. Enjoy finding out about it in this way more interesting way. Though it might be a bit too fast 😉
A giant piano keyboard lays on the stairs of Stockholm’s Odenplan metro station.
”Take the stairs instead of the escalator or elevator and feel better” is something we often hear or read in the Sunday papers. Few people actually follow that advice. Can we get more people to take the stairs over the escalator by making it fun to do?
